Delivery

All of our services are delivered digitally online, via WhatsApp, email or a download link. Delivery times are calendar days counted from receipt of your requirements and any needed access. Work normally begins within 24 hours of a confirmed order.

If you delay

Timelines pause while we wait for your content, access or feedback. The delivery timeline resumes once we receive what we need.

Revisions

Each package includes the revision rounds stated in its package details, requested within the delivery process. Please share revision feedback clearly so we can complete it promptly.

Refunds

If we have not started your order, you will receive a full refund. If work has started, you will receive a partial refund reflecting the work already completed. If the final deliverable does not match what was agreed, tell us within 7 days and we will fix it or refund the undelivered part.

Pay After Results orders

For Pay After Results orders, no payment is due if the agreed result is not achieved, per that gig’s written agreement.
